Say hello to Niamh and Georgia!

Niamh has just freshly graduated from the University of Huddersfield with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. With her fresh outlook and creative talent, she will be diving into her first graduate role as Junior Visual Designer here at Fishtank!

And

Georgia, who is a recent graduate of Shillington College where she completed their prestigious Graphic Design course. She will also be joining the creative team, bringing her artistic and creative skills to the table!

Niamh already possesses skills in many visual aspects, from branding to 3D visuals, but her specialities lie in editorial and compositional design.

In her first month, Niamh has showcased her strong skill set by working on designs for some of our biggest clients such as Britvic and Berry Global and some of our boutique clients such as Artis Flooring.

This opportunity allows Niamh to showcase her abilities whilst giving her a place to grow and learn alongside our design team. Niamh’s outlook on design keeps her creations fresh and up to date with the latest trends. Niamh strives to always keep her graphics interesting and innovative.

“Georgia’s inspiration comes from observing other creative disciplines to illuminate new ideas for her work.”

After graduating with a degree in Fine Art from the University of Lancaster in 2017, Georgia discovered that Graphic Design offered an ideal outlet for her creative talents and completed the Graphic Design program at the renowned graphic design school, Shillington in 2020.

Already Georgia has been showcasing her artistic flair and design skills by working with our design team here at Fishtank on various projects for some of our reputable clients. She has created illustrations for Seal for Life and has also worked on various aspects of brand collateral for Wigan Warriors.

Georgia’s inspiration comes from observing other creative disciplines to illuminate new ideas for her work. For example, with her eclectic approach to learning Georgia often enjoys seeing how printers or embroiderers approach their practice and choose their palette or material for inspiration.
