We’re so excited to announce our recent shortlist for the Best Social Purpose Campaign at the Prolific North Marketing Awards with our Tubex’s Collection & Recycling Programme campaign.

The Marketing Awards recognise stand-out campaigns over the past year from top agencies across the North. The Best Social Purpose Campaign award, in particular, recognises the best campaign that champions an ethical cause.

Although we are a smaller team than other shortlisted companies, often working with a limited budget, we aspire to show companies of all sizes it is possible to make big waves when supporting an important cause.

The Tubex Collection & Recycling Programme was born to address the issue of plastic waste. Through conversations with distributors and end-users, Tubex realised they needed to work hard to further support and protect the environment.

We worked collaboratively to craft an integrated strategy to increase key audiences’ interest, educate them through visual assets such as infographics and videos and encourage them to register and start making sustainable choices while growing trees.

Through the cohesive marketing strategy, we increased brand awareness and website enquiries, grew social traffic and improved website page duration resulting in the collection of more than 150,000 Tubex tree shelters and over 25,000 kg of plastic to be recycled.

We are honoured to be up against such huge companies and fantastic campaigns, and incredibly proud to be working with Tubex in order to address the issue of plastic waste and help to save our environment for future generations.

The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 25th November at the Queens Hotel, Leeds. You can find out more about the Tubex Collection & Recycling Programme here.
