Calling all Account Executives! We are on the trawl for a talented individual to join the Fishtank team as an Account Executive supporting the Client Services team to deliver all projects on time and provide the best client service!

The day to day responsibilities include supporting the wider team ensuring all briefs are carried out achieving the highest client satisfaction. You will act as front of house for calls, help with admin and supporting all areas of the business, whether it’s the Development team, Designers or Digital Marketing team.

We are a close-knit team, and need a capable person to ensure the agency runs like clockwork. A positive can-do attitude and ability to multi-task will set you up very well for supporting the team. You'll be working through all aspects of marketing activity, liaising both internally and externally to make sure everything runs smoothly.

You will be instrumental in the day to day client servicing, supporting the delivery of marketing projects for our clients. You will be supporting all aspects of marketing activity, liaising both internally and externally. You will have fantastic people skills, great relationship building skills and an exemplary work ethic. Excellent organisational skills are a must.

This is an entry level role, but you will need a degree in marketing or something similar, as well as some work experience, ideally 1 year, preferably in an environment and lots of ambition.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of small projects and support for large campaigns.
  • Maintaining client market awareness through proactive research.
  • Supporting in new business pitches.
  • Provide support to senior staff on new business briefs.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-sell within client accounts.
  • Managing financial processes including quoting, contract admin and invoicing preparation.
  • Representing the business at networking events, promoting the agency and services.
  • Attending client meetings to support the senior team.
  • General business administration duties.

Required Experience

  • 1+ year experience actively using required skills
  • Preferably an agency environment experience
