We’re looking for a passionate Business Development Executive to join our ambitious agency. If you have a passion about new business and the desire to convert opportunities, then you might be what we're looking for!

Reporting to: Head of Creative
Salary: £Neg + Bonus + Private Health
Location: Remote & Main Office (Mirfield)
Term: Permanent

Dive in...

You’ll need to be proactive, resilient and have an eye for spotting new opportunities. Working with the MD and Head of Digital, you'll be creating and following up on our proposals, clients and campaigns. The majority of your time will be spent maximising our extensive contact database and creating sales opportunities by contacting potential new clients and focusing on the growth of the business. Establishing the first point of contact with decision makers to convince them we are the perfect partner to meet their objectives.

  • Knowledge of the Adobe Suite
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency
  • Driving licence


  • Maintaining client market awareness through proactive research.
  • Supporting in new business pitches.
  • Providing support to senior staff on new business briefs.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-sell within client accounts.
  • Representing the business at networking events, promoting the agency and services.
  • Attending client meetings
  • Day to day management of small projects and support for large campaigns.

Required Experience

  • You’ll have previous experience in a B2B or B2C sales role
  • Previous agency experience could be valuable
