This is a hybrid Digital Account Manager role in which you’ll be managing client relationships and expectations alongside getting stuck in with the project management of briefs and processes and managing through the studio.

We are a mid-sized integrated digital agency with a close-knit team and need a capable person to ensure the agency runs like clockwork. A positive can-do attitude and ability to multi-task will set you up very well for supporting the team. You’ll be working through all aspects of marketing activity, liaising both internally and externally to make sure everything runs smoothly.

You will be instrumental in the day-to-day client servicing, supporting the delivery of marketing projects for our clients. You will be supporting all aspects of marketing activity, liaising both internally and externally. You will have fantastic people skills, great relationship-building skills and an exemplary work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Partnerships & Growth in managing client accounts
  • Assist in writing and delivering proposals, preparing materials, and presentations
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Actively generate growth on social media and digital advertising platforms
  • Monitor and report on website and ad performance
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms
  • Represent the business at networking events
  • Attend client meetings to support the senior team

Required Experience

  • 2+ year experience actively using required skills
  • Preferably an agency environment experience
