Junior Account Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to help us scale up our presence and help us achieve our exciting and ambitious growth plans.

Your responsibilities will include management and development client projects and the day to day running of accounts, delivering excellent client service at all times. You will support the wider team ensuring all briefs are carried out achieving the highest client satisfaction. You will act as front of house for calls, help with admin and supporting all areas of the business, whether it’s the Development team, Designers or Digital Marketing team.

We are a close-knit team, and need a capable person to ensure the agency runs like clockwork. A positive can-do attitude and ability to multi-task will set you up very well for supporting the team. You’ll be working through all aspects of marketing activity, liaising both internally and externally to make sure everything runs smoothly.

You will be instrumental in the day to day client servicing, supporting the delivery of marketing projects for our clients. You will have fantastic people skills, great relationship building skills and an exemplary work ethic. Excellent organisational skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Have a clear understanding of the agency’s offering and be competent and proactive in selling all agency services.
  • Understand client’s business objectives and challenges and development of market insight to support with planning and creative process.
  • Build and develop good relationships with client and wider stakeholders, acting as the primary day to day contact.
  • Responsible for successful interpretation of client brief into great creative and then successfully present creative output, ensuring senior sign off.
  • Ensure an appropriate level of strategic or creative input, both in projects and at meetings.
  • Management of updated work in progress and status reports internally and externally.
  • Ongoing quote management against budgets and delivery of client billing.
  • Manage budgets ensuring work is delivered within budget and on time.
  • Planning and organising schedules for all work going through the agency, working with other team members to support peaks and troughs.
  • Ensure that all elements of the Agency products are delivered with accuracy, to brief and at the highest quality to ensure we are being strategically and creatively brilliant.
  • Lead by example by working with internal platforms and agency processes.
  • To act in the best interests of Fishtank Agency at all times.
  • Proficient in writing project proposals and presenting to the client.
  • Create and maintain a high profile internally and externally, gaining respect and credibility.

Required experience

  • 3 years experience actively using required skills
  • Preferably an agency environment experience
