Himalayas came to us with the challenge of taking them from a local holiday rentals company to the go-to destination for luxury holiday rentals in St Andrews. Growing demand for premium properties meant they needed a brand that matched the quality of their offering and a digital experience that felt effortless and seamless.

Our Approach

Our team began this project by creating a refined new brand identity that captured the calm, elevated feel of a luxury getaway: modern, minimal, and confident. As part of the new identity, Himalayas also needed a new logo that encompassed the three main things they represent: St Andrews as a destination for families, the University for international students, and the famous golfing course. Our team worked tirelessly and crafted a bespoke logo that allows Himalayas to showcase everything they’re passionate about.

From there, we utilised the brand to design a sleek, responsive website that provided a seamless browsing and booking experience, with bespoke features tailored to customers.

One of the primary objectives of the website was to create an easy path from discovery to booking. We focused on streamlining the navigation, introducing thought-out property filters, and integrating a high-performance booking engine (Super Control), which helps visitors secure their perfect stay in just a few clicks. We wanted the content to tell a story, so our team ensured the website included high-quality copy and visuals that highlighted the unique character of each property and its surroundings.

While working on the site, we also rolled out a full suite of branded social media templates to help Himalayas speak with consistency across their platforms. Everything was carefully designed to position them not just as another holiday rental company, but as the market leader in St Andrews holiday stays.

The Result

After lots of hard work and consistent communication with their team, which has led to a fantastic client relationship that we treasure as an agency, Himalayas now has a digital platform that not only looks beautiful but also works hard behind the scenes. The website is built to reduce admin, increase direct bookings, and build trust with both guests and the local area. It’s a site that will scale with them as they grow, designed to evolve with future features and content as the brand expands its property portfolio.

With a seamless new booking experience, they’ve seen a clear increase in direct enquiries and reservations. Guests are engaging more, booking faster, and trusting the brand a lot earlier in the process. From brand to booking, every touchpoint now reflects the quality, ease, and escape that Himalayas promises.

This project hasn’t just produced a new look; it has shifted how people discover and experience luxury holiday rentals in St Andrews.
