Birthed from five generations and over 150 years of history, JR Fibres and Textfelt have taken the next milestone in their journey as they establish their merger under the new name ‘Think Group’. As a business that prides itself on attention to detail and sustainability, it was essential for Think Group to find an agency that aligned with its values, and we were honoured when the fellow Yorkshire-based company tasked us with taking care of their rebranded website launch.
As a business that holds transparency and social impact close to our hearts, we were excited to dive into a project with a like-minded company and help showcase such an important moment in history for them. It is incredibly fulfilling to have the opportunity to work with clients who mirror our dedication, growth plans and values as a B Corp company.
It was clear from the start of this project that Think Group were passionate about collaborating with an agency capable of translating its new brand identity into a compelling digital presence. With a proven track record in delivering high-quality rebrand launches, we were confident that our amazing team would dive right into this build and bring a platform to life that incorporated everything Think Group had in mind and more.
The Build
Our development team kicked off the project by mapping out a plan for Think Group’s website that prioritised showcasing its services and products to a global audience while effectively communicating its values. We knew it was imperative to create a united home that personified the goal of collaborative thinking and striving for great results.
Flawless collaboration between the team inside the tank, along with forward thinking and an agile development process, ensured that the project was delivered on time and within budget. Communication was key with this one; continuous open communication between Fishtank and Think Group was vital to delivering the perfect product that was visually appealing and consistent with their overall marketing materials.
One priority for this project was to highlight Think Group’s two core product categories: Non-wovens and Fibres & Fillings. As this would need to both look good and work well, we brought our design team in to ensure the presentation of the products and services was done properly to capture the target market’s attention.
To truly revolutionise the website and match the growth of this merger, Fishtank created an advanced product filtering system. This feature allows visitors to explore Think Group’s wide range of products based on uses and applications, which improves usability and results in a seamless browsing experience to satisfy diverse customer needs.
The Final Product
Emerging from our combined efforts in the tank and close working relationship with the team at Think Group, this shared endeavour has created a strong and dynamic digital platform that has positioned Think Group as a leader in the industry. With a new name and a fresh look, Fishtank is confident that this rebranded launch will prepare Think Group for long-term success by unifying its products, services and values into a cohesive online experience.
Working on a project that is so profoundly rooted in sentimental history has brought us a lot of pride.
